Handmade Gaddi Box/ Cash Gifting Box/ Cash Envelope for Weddings

 Hello there

Happy Diwali to you all. I am sharing my new project today...a gaddi box for cash gifting. Though the original purpose of this was to accommodate money bundles.....I however feel it will be an apt gift box or chocolate box. You can click here to go to the previous post where I have few more colors in this design.

I made my own pattern paper this time and it was so much fun to do that. I used Sprays and shakers from Lindy's Stamp Gang along with gold stencilling and splatters. To make these boxes, I have used 300 gsm white cardstock .The the ribbons, chipboard embellishments and most of the flowers are from Itsybitsy as well. I have gold heat embossed the chipboard embellishments using Ranger Gold embossing powder. I have also added diecut leaves using Curvy Leaves Die from Elizabeth craft designs. I did use gold foiled papers and iridescent glitter to add a lot of sparkle and shine.

This box is big enough to hold 100 notes of INR 2000....thts a lot of money to gift someone. That is it from me today....I hope you all liked it. Thank you for visiting me and have a great week ahead.

Gaddi Boxes/ Money Boxes/ Gift Boxes

Hello guys
Today I have few boxes for you. I made 60 of these as a custom order for a wedding ceremony. Though the original purpose of this was to accommodate money bundles.....I however feel it will be an apt gift box or chocolate box. Here are the 3 designs I made...I took the pictures at the very end when only few boxed were left to be packed.
To make these boxes, I have used 300 gsm white cardstock. The beautiful printed papers are from ItsyBitsy from L'Amour collection.
The the ribbons, chipboard embellishments and few flowers are from Itsybitsy as well. I have gold heat embossed the chipboard embellishments using Ranger Gold embossing powder. The big roses and poppies, rose buds and micro roses are from Crafters Corner.I have also added diecut leaves using Curvy Leaves Die from Elizabeth craft designs.

The box has ribbon as well as magnetic closures at the sides...because it was a money box...I added extra closure.

That is it from me today....I hope you all liked it. Thank you for visiting me and have a great week ahead.

Motivational Photo Frames/ Shadow boxes with handmade flowers

Hello guys
How are you all doin? I am sharing my project today which I had forgotten about. I made these as Birthday favors for a little girl. I made these all from scratch.....it was a lot of work but super fun.

I started with making 4"square shadow boxes using sunboard and 1600gsm chipboard/ mountboard. Then I adhered colorful cardstock cut to 3" square carefully so that it centered. Then I added edges to which are 3/4"in thickness and the thickness of the entire frame is 1".
I covered the entire shadow box with white handmade paper and used some strong rubber based adhesive for this purpose.
Then, I made the loop using matching satin ribbons so that these frames can be easily hanged. To give it a more finished look, I covered the back as well as sides with matching cardstock. I also added a white handmade paper strip to the edges at the center so that all the corners are perfectly hidden.
Now, for the decorations. I did some diecutting and made 3 handmade flowers for each frame....All in all I made around 120 HANDMADE FLOWERS which was a big achievement. Instead of adding pollens int he center, I added some sparkle dots and confetti sequins....so much much. I completed the floral arrangement with some leaf diecuts from and a matching butterfly.  The butterflies are from Itsybitsy but all in white. I colored each one of it to match my cardstock. To finish off the frame, I added some flat back pearls at few places.
I added some words in the center which are formed using glitter foam letters. I do not have pics but the words are not complete as there is a second word to it and they were later stamped. So it looked like
GIVE LOVE
LIVE LIFE
PLAY FAIR and so on.
